CLIENT CONTENT USAGE POLICY

Before you proceed with your purchase, please note our content usage policy. 

We reserve the right to showcase a portion of all content we create for clients, including audio and visuals, in our portfolio and/or stock media. Some work may also be shared on our website or social media unless requested otherwise. We deeply respect client privacy and will honor your preferences regarding content usage.

By default, our company reserves exclusivity over all content we create. However, for music production, we do offer a 'buyout' option for clients to acquire exclusivity rights for the content. Content purchased with exclusivity rights will not be showcased unless mutually agreed upon at the time of the agreement with the client. After purchase, we allow clients to make specific requests regarding content they don't want us to showcase, such as specific people or personal items. Your privacy and preferences are important to us, and we aim to accommodate your specific needs.

Please note that this policy applies to all content we create, including but not limited to music production, photo and video production, and other creative services. We respect your rights and aim to provide a transparent and accommodating experience throughout our collaboration.

This policy is subject to any specific terms and conditions outlined in the agreements between the client and our company. Those terms and conditions will supersede this policy in the event of any conflict.
